Risk disclaimer

Read this before you trade

Trading crypto assets is speculative. Only trade with money you can afford to lose completely. The risks below are the main ones; the list is not complete.

Terms of use

Terms

These terms apply between you and MASTRlabs (MASTR) (the operator) for mastrtrade.com, the installed web app and the MASTRtrade app in the Solana dApp Store (together MASTRtrade). By using MASTRtrade you accept these terms and the risk disclaimer above. Before your first trade, and again after each new version, the trade review asks you to confirm this. If you do not accept, do not use MASTRtrade.

1What MASTRtrade is

MASTRtrade is a software interface for the Solana blockchain: market data, wallet and token analysis, a security layer and, where the operator has switched it on, the preparation of transactions through public routing (Jupiter) for your own wallet to sign. MASTRtrade is non custodial. It never receives, holds or transfers assets for you, never asks for a seed phrase or a private key and cannot move anything without your signature. The operator is not a party to any trade, does not act as broker, exchange, market maker or counterparty and does not execute orders on your behalf.

2Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use MASTRtrade if you are subject to sanctions of Switzerland, the United Nations, the European Union or the United States, or if you are located in a country where using it is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. The operator may restrict or block access at any time, in particular to comply with the law.

3No advice

Everything shown is general information. Nothing is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell anything. Risk levels, scores, smart money, wallet analysis, alerts, compare views and all other features describe evidence; they are not verdicts about any token, person or project. Every decision is yours alone.

4Your wallet and your transactions

You alone are responsible for your wallet, your device, your seed phrase and every transaction you sign. Before you sign, MASTRtrade shows the amounts, fees, slippage, price impact, simulation result and message hash it knows of, and your wallet shows the transaction. Check them. Once signed and sent, a transaction is final. The operator does not guarantee that a transaction lands, fills, fills at the shown price or is protected from MEV. One tap mode, if you switch it on, opens your wallet right after the checks; it still needs your signature.

5Orders and notifications

Limit and DCA orders are placed in on chain programs of Jupiter and are filled by third parties under their rules. The operator does not guarantee that an order fills or when. Alerts, push messages, Telegram messages and armed levels are notifications on a best effort basis. They never trade for you, and a missing or late notification is not a failure of the operator.

6Fees

An interface fee of 0.99% per executed swap is included in the quote and shown in the trade review before you sign. Once the transaction lands, the fee is earned and is not refunded. Network fees, priority fees and Jito tips go to the Solana network and its validators, not to the operator. The operator may change the fee for future trades; the review always shows the current one.

7Accounts

You can use MASTRtrade without an account. If you sign in with your wallet, your lists and settings are stored under your public key as described on the privacy page. You can delete the account and all stored lists at any time under Settings.

8Acceptable use

Do not use MASTRtrade to break the law, launder money, manipulate markets, attack or overload the service, scrape it beyond the published rate limits, get around its security measures or mislead others. The operator may block access that harms the service, other users or third parties.

9Third party services

MASTRtrade relies on services the operator does not control, among them Jupiter, Jito, Solana RPC providers, GeckoTerminal, DefiLlama and your wallet. Their terms apply to your use of them. The operator is not responsible for their availability, content, results or conduct.

10No warranty

MASTRtrade is provided as is and as available. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, and any warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability or freedom from errors, bugs or security flaws. The operator may change, suspend or stop MASTRtrade or any feature at any time without notice.

11Limitation of liability

You use MASTRtrade entirely at your own risk. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR, ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRIBUTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive, including lost funds, lost profits, trading losses, failed, delayed or wrongly priced transactions, data errors, outages, hacks, exploits of third party programs, loss of data and decisions taken on the basis of what MASTRtrade shows, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, the operator's total liability for all claims is limited to the interface fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater. Liability for the operator's own intent or gross negligence is excluded only as far as the law permits, and liability that the law does not allow to be limited remains unaffected. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; where they apply, the exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted there.

12Indemnity

You hold the operator harmless from claims of third parties, including authorities, and from the costs of defending them, where these arise from your use of MASTRtrade, your breach of these terms or your breach of the law.

13Intellectual property

The MASTRtrade and MASTR names, logos, design and software belong to their owners. You may use MASTRtrade for its purpose; you may not copy, resell or imitate it. Market data belongs to its sources.

14Changes to these terms

The operator may change these terms. The current version is always at this address with its version date. A new version applies from your next trade: the trade review asks you to accept it before anything is built.

15Final provisions

If a provision is invalid, the rest stays valid, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its purpose. These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competent courts at the operator's seat have jurisdiction. Mandatory places of jurisdiction and mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain reserved. The English version is binding.
