01

Copy the receiving address in Phantom

Choose your intended account in Phantom and copy its Solana receiving address. Sending funds moves assets between addresses. It does not connect Phantom to the existing Quick Wallet or transfer the browser backup.

Use the same Solana network. This form does not support an exchange deposit that requires a memo, a token-account destination or an arbitrary contract address.

02

Review and send inside MASTRtrade

Open the Quick Wallet controls and choose Send. Select SOL or a supported token, paste the complete recipient address and enter the amount. Review the asset mint, destination, amount and costs before authorizing.

Keep enough SOL for the network fee and any required recipient token-account creation. MASTRtrade does not add a withdrawal fee; network costs and supported token-specific costs can still apply. Unsupported extensions or a frozen account can prevent a transfer.

03

Check the transfer status before trying again

Unlock when requested and review the authorization step. After submission, use the pending status or transfer history and the linked explorer transaction to check the result. A delayed confirmation is not a reason to send the same amount again.

A small initial transfer can help you verify the destination. Never send a private key, password or seed phrase to support or to a forum.

04

A key backup is different from a withdrawal

Quick Wallet stores an encrypted private key in the browser where it was created. Clearing that storage, reinstalling an app or losing the device can remove it. Keep a secure backup using the wallet backup controls.

Importing an exported private key into a compatible wallet app gives that app control of the same address. Sending funds to a separately created Phantom address moves funds to that other wallet instead. MASTRtrade cannot recover a lost key for you.

Questions and answers

Can I send directly to Phantom?

Yes, the Send form accepts a valid Solana receiving wallet address, including Phantom. Check the asset, network, destination and costs before authorizing.

Do I need to share a secret with support?

No. Never share your password, private key or recovery phrase. A public transaction signature can be used to discuss a transfer status.
